Hi, 

 

Model: HP PageWide Color MFP 586

 

The printer won't print because black cartridge is empty.

 

Color cartridges are full so how to set to use only color cartridges so I can print and copy?

Not possible, you need to have full cartridges, any empty cartridge will make the printer stop printing.
