Product: HP Pagewide 377DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this printer and have been fighting with this issue all week. 

Printing functionality has been disabled.  Please contact HP. Error Code: 0xc6fd0413.

Toners are fine.  It wont even let me try to do a print head cleaning.  wont print nothing.  Of course there is no warranty  any longer.  

 

I found a few things in forums but nothing is working. help

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, by checking that error code, the issue may be related to an internal sensor of the printer, its recommended to powerdrain the device and restart it. if issue persists an option may be taking the printer into an authorized service provider for inspection.   Authorized center list
