@Max3Aj You literally replied here the exact thing you already sent me, and then your PM was also the exact same copy/paste message you already sent without acknowledging and ignoring my responses to your original questions for troubleshooting.

For the record to anyone coming upon this thread, all I got from @Max3Aj was copy-paste replies not even acknowledging my answers to his questions he asked me to try and troubleshoot. All they did was say they would "help me" and send a PM, which turned out to be another copy-paste saying they actually couldn't help me and to contact HP phone support. Basically doing that as a way to hide it was never about actually trying to help correct the issue, and then they just don't respond further.

 

Very poor customer support where you can't even get basic answers to something on HP's own forums. Been in IT for 20 years now and this is a quick way to alienate your customers/end user base.
