HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer.

When trying to set up a WIFI connection, the printer does not “see” my Wifi. It sees the WiFi of my neighbours, but not mine. I have typed in my WIFI, but it still will not “see” it. And if my WIFI fails to appear, I cannot link to my network. Any ideas why this is happening?

Any chance you have a network cable plugged in right now? If you do, that disables the wireless on the printer. Other possible issue is compatibility between your router and your printer. If you have a newer 5Ghz router you may need to configure the 2.4 Ghz channel to a unique SSID  and that should allow the printer to connect.
