HP PageWide Pro MFP 477 dw Print System error

Hi all,

HP PageWide Pro MFP 477 dw showing Promblem with print system message. Error code is 0xc6fd0113  and the discription says "Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP". Could anyone help  me to fix that problem please. Thank you very much in advance.

Hope you are well,  please make sure there are no paper jams. You can take out the duplexer and check inside as well. 

Please try shutting down the printer and then unplug it from the electrical source and press the power button while the machine is off for around 30 seconds. After that reconnect the printer and turn it on.

if error remains on the screen. Repeat the same process, but remove the cartridges. 

If issue persists even without cartridges and boot up directly to the error, machine requires onsite maintenance, temperature sensor may be defective.
