Product: HP Page Wide XL 5200

I recently installed an HP Page Wide XL 5200. It is at the current version of 12_24.41.1. They print from 2 PC's running Windows 11. I installed the recommended PDF driver. They are getting intermittent spooling issues while printing PDF files. I tried both the hpgl2 and pcl3 drivers as well. I get the same slow printing and pausing in between large copy jobs. It is a local setup, not on a server. I currently have a new case number opened on this. If they print from a USB, it prints fine. They previously had the HP Page Wide XL 5100 that printed fine with no pausing or spooling. My current case number is [Personal Information Removed]. Any help here would be greatly appeciated
