When i switch on the printer, it keeps saying checking for printer updates and than fails. Printer does not even initialize

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, for this issue, the recommended troubleshooting is the following;  try to connect the printer into a different wall outlet, in the meantime the device is unplugged, please press the power button for 5 seconds and then reconnect it. 

if issue persist, please check the printer warranty on this link  and proceed giving us a call to 800 334 5144 or take the unit into an authorized service center.
