Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have had problems with the HP Photo Creations application for a long time, meaning that it no longer works on Windows 7 x64 or Windows 10 x64, both operating systems are original, updated, have a Microsoft license! I uninstalled and reinstalled the operating systems and receive the same error on both. How do I solve this problem? I do not understand why you gave up the best application in this regard, namely HP Photosmart Premier. All users do this and do not understand! Hp Photo Creations only makes problems and you have to pay more for it! How can this problem be resolved with the error we discussed?

The error is described as follows: ,,There wasa probleme establishing a secure internet connection to the RocketLife server''

You are completely ashamed! You don't understand what I'm saying here? The HP Photo Creations application cannot use it, it fails on two different operating systems, Windows 10x64 and Windows 7x64, both with license! I receive the same error regardless of the PC running this application! Please give me an answer to solve this problem no more redirects to the download page of the application because I know this too! You are not professional, I paid for one thing and I got into trouble! Shame!!! I see that there are more in my situation regarding this error and in no case could not find the solution! I am terribly sorry that I chose HP and did not take into account the opinions of those who said to run away from you because you are full of problems!

Shlomil is correct. HP retired the HP Photo Creations program on December 1, 2019. The software no longer runs.

That's ridiculous.   How on earth are we to find all of our creations...like business cards just to name one???   There ought to be some sort of back up system in place or these people can pay me for all the lost business I will have.

I'm sorry we couldn't reach you in time! We posted the shutdown notice on the front page of the software starting in September, along with instructions on exporting saved projects. We also emailed all newsletter subscribers twice. The program then shut down on December 1, 2019.

 

You may be able to use the small preview images in your documents folder as a reference for creating business cards in another program. While there is no direct replacement for HP Photo Creations, HP is soliciting ideas for future programs at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DPSWN6V. You can also contact HP Photo Creations customer support at www.hp.com/go/supportform.

I lost all my work too. There is another way to recovery my data? I spend a lot of time in my photoalbum's project and the miniatures didn't help.

so what good is a photosmart machine without software to edit and create?! I just spent a ton of money ordering replacement parts:power-cord, remote control.... for the 475 my son thought I'd enjoy. PULEZE (PLEASE) Please do not tell me that I just threw money into the wind for parts that will render me useless anyway?!

DOES HP HAVE ANOTHER PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE THAT WE CAN DOWNLOAD AND USE?
