HP Photosmart 5510

Dear Community,

 

After a factory reset of my HP Photosmart 5510 printer, It was not possible to configurate without the setup cartridges.

I do not have the cartridges any more. I have bought new original HP cartridges (4-pack), but after pressing "Configurate" on the display of the printer and placing the new cartridges, the black cartridge can not be recognized and the printer is asking for the setup cartridge.

 

Can you please give me a solution for this problem?
