Product: Photosmart 6520
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Photosmart 6520 will not complete setup. Error "Please use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer." My brother gave me the printer but no cartridges. I bought replacement cartridges from another company. The cartridges installed without a problem but the printer will not recognize them. How do I solve this issue? Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
