I would like to know if this printer can be set up to print in first page to last page order.

Probably yes, at least to the extent that the printer software and other print applications support the practice.

In general, the printer is unaware of what it is printing.

All the settings that configure the size, sort the pages, create the output, are controlled in the software / application used to view and submit the object to the printer.

Example - Adobe Reader DC  - PDF file - Main Print Menu

Section Pages to Print > subsection More Options >> Check box:  Reverse pages
