Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I found a way to install this printer easily in windows 11 and probably the same in 10.  Turn on your printer and have it ready for wireless connection.  Go into the Control Panel and select "devices and printers".  Choose "Add Printer".  At the bottom it will show the message, "The printer I want isn't listed".   Click that message.  At the next window, choose "My printer is a little older.  Help me find it."   Click next when the C4380 series appears.  Click "Windows Update" at the lower right.  This will take a few minutes and it will display a long list of printers.   Choose "Hewlett-Packward"  (the one with the - in the middle).  On the right, select Hp Photosmart 5520 series.  It will work the same.   Just install it and you can begin printing!

That is a good option for install a Photosmart printer.
