Hi All,

I have a HP Photosmart C4380 printer and a HP laptop running Windows10. The printer was previously working but has stopped since the Laptop was sent to a PC repair shop to be optimized. I am pretty sure that the driver has been removed as the laptop does not recognize the printer anymore. I have the original CD and have tried installing the drivers from it using a removeable CD drive but there was an error as the Operating System was to modern. I am pretty sure I got help here before when installing the drivers on the laptop to get it working initially. I do not get the option to download the driver from the website, it seems to be just a diagnostic tool. Hope you guys can help. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
