My Photosmart All-In-One worked well with prior versions of Safari on my MacBook Pro. However, since downloading Big Sur, I have been unable to use the printer or the scan functions. What do I need to do to get it to work again?

HP Photosmart C6300 All-in-One Printer series driver for macOS 11 is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.
NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.

Yes, I'd recommend looking at replacement options as the product has no supported drivers from HP or apple.
You can reach the phone support for replacement options-
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
