Product: HP Photosmart D7560 Printer

HP Photosmart D7560 printer not recognized on Macbook OS: 12.6.3 (Monterey) with HP Smart App

It will print in black and white, not color from the laptop

Color printer is fine from the printer's internal 'Print Quality Report'

Last HP driver is OS10

Any ideas?

1. Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

2. Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer
