HP Photosmart Wireless B109n
macOS 10.15 Catalina

The current available driver is not compatible with OS Catalina (32 vs 64 bits).

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL29831/mp-74282-2/PS_AIO_06_B109n-z_USW_Full_Mac_WW_104....

I need it to setup the wireless connection. I have also tried to use EasyStart but there does not seem to be an option to configure the wireless connection.

Hi,

Please make sure your macOS is fully up to date by installing any update for Catalina:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541

Next, uninstall any existing HP Software by following the HP Uninstaller Utility below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/HP_Uninstaller...

Next, download and install the latest drivers below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/ASU/HPPrinterDrivers5.1.dm...

Finally, connect the printer with a USB and follow below steps to configure its wireless connection from within HP Utility:

Hi, thanks, but I do not think this will do the trick. As mentioned the installer we both link to is not compatible with OS Catalina? It seems to be a 32/64bit problem? Catalina does not support 32bit software anymore...

HP Recommended

Sure it does, the software is intended for 64bit OS, a change which was introduced a while ago.

Please follow the steps, this should allow installing and using your printer
