Hello HP Support,
I have successfully installed the HP Universal Printer Driver v6.6.5.23510 PCL6 64-bit driver on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. I typically execute Install.exe using Powershell & the following parameters /q /dm /npf /nd /u /n”<Printer Name>”.
However, I have switched to a clean image of Microsoft Windows 10 LTSC and the Printer Driver will not complete the installation.
I get the following error, “Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709) Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network.”
I do not have an issue when installing the HP Universal Printer Driver v6.1.0.20062 PCL5 64-bit driver. It shows up in my registry after it completes my installation.
Can someone please help me understand why Windows 10 LTSC does not allow my HP Printer drivers to install? I’m presuming a Windows system file is missing or renamed. This link does not solve my issue.
Windows 10 Release information
Thanks,
Anton Matthews

for providing me with the above link from my Google Search.
Would be nice to have my questions/answers pop up in a Google Search or at least be notitfied when issues from users like myself are observed as possible defects pending resolution.
