Hi,

I recently installed the HP DeskJet 2300 series software that comes along with HP Print and Scan Doctor, but whenever I open it, it shows this message:

“Sorry, you don't have any active internet connection.
Please connect your computer to the internet and click Retry to restart the HP Print and Scan Doctor download from www.hp.com.”

Could someone please advise what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Many thanks in advance!
