Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC wakes up from hibernation every day at the same time. The powercfg -waketimers command shows that the reactivation is set by HP Print Scan Doctor:

The timer set by [SERVICE] Device HarddiskVolume3 Windows System32 svchost.exe (SystemEventsBroker) expires at 09:39:07 on 24/08/2023.
Reason: will run 'NT TASK HP HP Print Scan Doctor Printer Health Monitor' scheduled tasks that require the reactivation of the computer.

This timer is not set in the Schedule. I tried in all ways, even deleting all HP services and the key that was in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion Schedule TaskCache Tree
but without success. Could not eliminate this annoying reactivation

Hi @albgr

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues.

Please reinstall the application.

You can run a complete diagnostic check on the printer from the HP print and scan doctor app here, isolate the issue.

Once downloaded, open the tool, click on add printer on top and select your printer and click on fix printing option and follow the on screen instructions to complete the diagnostic test and resolve the same.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
