Good afternoon,

in the HP Support the latest version of HP Print and Scan Doctor is version 5.7.1.

but if I open HP Print and Scan Doctor, it offers to download version 5.7.2

Some websites say version 5.7.2. is the latest one

I ask you if version 5.7.2 was a "beta" version ( or not )

I wait for an opinion of yours

tHANKS FOR THE ADVICE; HOWEVER, I HAD ALREADY TRIED IT AND IT WAS UNSUCCESSUL.  i HAVE CHANGED ALL TO USB CORDS AND THE PRINT CORDS.  i EVEN BROUGHT A NEW 3.0 USB HUB. NONE OF THESE HAVE WORKED SO FAR.  I HAVE BEEN AT THIS NOW FOR TWO WEEKS AND STILL CONTINUEING TO DISCOVERER A SOURCE OF INFORMATION TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.
