Hi, i have installed HP print and scan doctor 5.6.4 , but it does not work  

I have discovered that HP print and scan doctor 5.6.4  is not compatibile with Windows 11

I ask if is possible to reinstall the previous version 5.6.3

I wait for a kind answer

Maybe it was no installed completely and need to reinstall again.

I am sorry, but it does not work.

Maybe I need to uninstall HP Print and Scan Doctor, but I don't know how to do it.

i did exactly what was suggested as solution (here mentioned above) but in windows 10 but nothing helped so far

i completely reinstalled the latest full webpack 44.9.2759 en 7100 and after it finished, i wanted to start HP print & scan doctor. it showed up with version 5.63 and suggested to download e newer version ( ofc 5.64) which i did ofc. 
After it was installed i wanted to start the tool again but no luck. 

I also deleted the tool's directory completely (as was suggested in a different thread with the same problem) and reinstalled 5.64 with the HPPSdr 564 file. No luck - Same result !

i wonder what to do next

version 5.6.4 is noi compatibile with Windows 11; we must reinstall  version 5.6.3

A member of the Microsoft Community of Italy told me how to reinstall version 5.6.3

it seems you used the following link [Content Removed], however it seems to be broken.

You wrote "digit HP Print and Scan Doctor in the field Search", where do I do that? On which Web page?

I am indeed, looking for a previous version of HPPSdr.exe, before 2021, typically 2019 would be fine.

I am also looking for previous HP pilots of HP-Photosmart-C4380, since I have the original ones only for too old versions of Windows (2000, XP...), and HP suppressed the pilots them from its web pages.

unfortunately it does not work, my computer is 64b. The electronic signature of the file is Friday 26 June 2015

I have discussed about the problem of version 5.6.4 also with some members of the Microsoft Community of Italy.

It' a problem to reinstall a previous version.

The only solution is ti wait for a  new version compatibile with Windows 11
