Product: HP OfficeJet 8014 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed and ran HP Print and Scan Doctor and it stated that a later version of the software was available. Ran HP Smart and it said that the latest Firmware was installed.

Reran HP Print and Scan Doctor and it still said that a later version of the software was available. Does anyone know why and suggest how I resolve this?

The latest version of the software and the latest firmware are not the same. What is your current software version and current firmware version you are using? Is the printer working fine or not?

Firmware is MALBLIPPIN001 2213A.00

HP Print and Scan Doctor states that the Software version is not available. Will investigate and try to find out the information.
