Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since updating to Windows 11 I cannot print double sided or from the photo tray. Those options are now unavailable in the printing prompts

@Olivebrooklyn1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are not able to print on both sides. Make sure the full-feature printer driver is installed on the computer.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
