HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install an HP 8025 printer. I have tried to use the HP Smart app to install the printer. The app shows the printer I want to install, but when I click on the image of the printer to start the install the app tells me the printer needs to be powered on. The printer is powered on. I can print test pages from the printer itself. The display is lit up and ready to go when I click on the pic of the printer to install. It always tells me the printer must be powered on. I unplugged and restarted my PC and the printer two different times. Same result. I have also tried going into Windows 10 settings to install the printer, but the printer is not listed as an option for install. I ran "Get Help" in the Win10 printer settings pages, but it did not find the printer. HELP!!
