HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

HP Envy 5660 All-in-One printer with Windows 11 PC:

HP Printer Assistant Printer Management Software is not working

Timeline:

Downloaded and installed HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer Series Full Feature Software and Driver.

1st  issue: Blank screen during activation.   Followed recommendations per HP troubleshooting advice.

Nothing resolve the issue of the blank screen during activation.

After restarting the computer:

2nd issue: Two (2) error messages after clicking HP Printer Assistant icon on desktop.

The application is not running/opening.

Error 1:

After clicking Ok, 2nd error message:

It doesn't matter if I press Yes or No, I get a blank screen for HP Printer Assistant:

DMV24_2-1719859766280.jpeg

Removed HP Envy 5660 from Devices & Printer Server Properties and uninstalled from computer, restarted and reinstalled the driver package [SEVERAL] times for several days without success.   I also tried the HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software  without success.  Another bust.

In the interim, downloaded HP Print and Scan Dr.  I am able to print documents.   Downloaded HP Smart, but it is not helping at all. Another bust.  It was uninstalled.

Noticed that HP Envy 5660 is listed for Windows 10.  There is no updated driver or firmware for Windows 11.   Could it be the reason?

Please send a solution to the issues above.

Thanks
