LaserJet Pro M102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the HP policy for supporting a print driver.  Specifically, how long (end date) will hp be supporting the LaserJet M102W for the Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) Operating System?

@Rossguy There's no specific date or time that's been decided on support for a printer driver as such, although, all products are considered obsolete when they reach 4 years of usage, that said, the driver will continue to work and even if it doesn't, you can always use the generic windows built-in drivers, click here for details on the same.

And let us know if you have any installation issues with the driver, that we can help with?

Please elaborate.

Riddle_Decipher,

Thanks for the response!  FYI, I'm a contractor supporting the USMC.  I'm developing an IT Roadmap for a system that uses one of your print drivers (and printer).  In developing the IT Roadmap I'm researching the end of support for all SW on the computer machine(s).  You answered my question.

Have a Good Day!

Sincerely,

Rossguy
