Hi HP, I need help with a printer of mine and its seems like your support page is down and cannot pull up my account with you. It just keeps saying "Sorry we're having trouble loading your information". I tried sending an email and getting ahold of anyone I could on 4/14 and nothing seemed to be working. Now its saying my product is out of warranty as of 4/15.
I purchased a printer direct from you via Amazon [personal information removed]
The model is: HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e Wireless Color All-in-One Printer.
Serial Number: [personal information removed]
My printer is showing some kind of error code and no longer functions, the buttons don't work and if I try to turn it off or unplug it for a while it comes back with the same error. Looking for assistance and to hear back from anyone who can help me as it doesn't seem to be working to get ahold of your support via your website either. Attached is an image of what the printer looks like, it does nothing more than what you see in the image.

Hi @Npoll,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your HP Officejet Pro 8034e printer. I can offer some general troubleshooting steps you can try to see if we can resolve the issue.
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve many issues. Unplug the printer from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck inside can cause errors.
- Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.
- Reset the Printer: Most printers have a reset option. Refer to your printer's manual to find out how to perform a factory reset. Be cautious, as this will reset all settings to default.
- Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels.
- Error Code Lookup: If there's a specific error code displayed on your printer, try looking it up online or in the printer's manual. This can provide insight into what might be causing the issue.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, and I hope these suggestions help you get your printer back up and running.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

None of the above troubleshooting tips helped out my printer issues. What would be helpful is to be able to chat with someone about my specific issues and help the fact that an issue on HPs support site caused me to miss my warranty window. Would like to be contacted by someone who can actually assist.
