HP Printer - Scan to email issues

Hi Everyone,

My company is using HP E57540, found that when I use "Scan to email" to scan document, it will send a copy to printer default email. May I know how to stop the printer to send copy to default email address?  Thanks!

The steps, requirements, and how to create / edit / set the profile(s) for the feature all included.

Reminder:  Unless specifically stated otherwise, Scan to Email does not support two-step verification.  Use an Apps Password (process / setup provided in your Email provider support / Security settings) or do not use Two-Step verification for the email account used with Scan to Email.

If you need help, ask your IT department to help you update the default address to a new address authorized for use.
