Product: HP DeskJet 4252e All-in-One Printer

E0 error.  We were told by HP support today it  was because we used a non-HP ink and were also told if we bought HP ink they GUARANTEED it would work.  Hmmm.  Back in the same boat with their equipment set up with malware to know exactly what I'm using.  Seems that's been a court case previously.
