I've had my HP Photosmart C5400 All-in-one Printer for 8 years now and it allways had the same IP address that is 192.168.1.147 Now I have a Wi Fi stereo system and one of the speakers ended up with the same address so when I configured the printer it ended up 192.168.1.137 and it just don't like it. It's very slow and wish I could have the old address back.
Can I change the speaker IP some how or what should I do? Maybe unplug that speaker and reconfigure the printer then see what happens with the speaker. RobRoy33

Hi
Normally YES.
You login to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or whatever is on the side of the router, password too.
Select the longest Lease Time and allocate an IP address.
What your particular screen and wording will be is anybody's guess.

That did it CF4. I left the printer with the 192.168.1.137 address and it is much better. I have another question but it will have to be later. It has to do with Port Forwarding and Wi Fi camera's. Thank You Very Much and have a great day. RobRoy33
