THE BEST BOARD FOR THIS PRODUCT IS:    PRINTER - Scan, Copy or Fax

(Drop Down Would NOT Let Me Select This.)

My Display Screen is Currently  UNTOUCHABLE.

Everything seems to work correctly except I can't use the Display Screen.

It displays what it is doing but doesn't allow me to interact with it.

I am using Win11, all drivers, firmware is up-to-date with a malware scan.

Is there a Tweak that I can do? I  Could there be an update that is blocking printer displays use?

Hi @CYNDY101

First things first, what is your Printer model ?

Deskjet, Laserjet, Photosmart, Envy ?
