Hi @MJB32,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for sharing the details about your HP ENVY Inspire 7958e All-in-One Printer.

I understand that HP Smart reported the print queue issue was fixed, the printer now shows as Ready, but your personal document is still not printing.

Could you please confirm if you are still using the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 computer?

The HP Smart app has been replaced by the new HP app, which is now the recommended application for managing and printing with supported HP printers. Please install the latest HP app and try printing again.

You can download the HP app here: HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

Install and Set Up the HP App

  1. Download and install the HP app.
  2. Open the HP app and sign in with your HP account (if prompted).
  3. Allow the app to detect your HP ENVY Inspire 7958e printer.
  4. Confirm that the printer status shows as connected and ready.

Print Your Document Using the HP App

  1. Open the HP app.
  2. Select your HP ENVY Inspire 7958e printer.
  3. Select Print Documents.
  4. Browse and select the document you want to print.
  5. Review the print settings.
  6. Select Print.

After installing the HP app, please check if the document prints successfully.

If the issue continues, please let us know:

  • Is the printer connected through Wi-Fi or USB?
  • Does the printer print a Printer Status Report or test page successfully?
  • Do you see any error message in the HP app or on the printer display?

We’ll review the details and continue assisting you.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
