OfficeJet 9015E and laserjet M227
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am working on a Windows 10 pro workstation that acts as a server for an animal hospital with multi clients.  All can connect to this W/S without issue.  We have 2 HP Printers connected via wireless - Officejet 9015e and Laserjet M227 which were working but suddenly lost connectivity. Other computers in office still connected. Have done the following -

Remove and attempt re-install

Used HP Print doctor

Used SFC /Scannow

Removed all mentions of printer in the System32/drivers folder

Attempted using "add Device" in the printers section

Shared from other PC and attempted to add

Reset Wireless NIC

Reset printers to default and added back to network

New router was added but printers were printing from this router for a month before they quit

All without resolve.  During attempts to install using the full drivers or HP Smart the progress bar makes it to the last 1/20(?) of the line, stalls for extened period of time then fails.
