I get same problem to for this two days, i use HP Deskjet 2060 all in one K110 and Mac 10.5 IOS

"One or more components of the HP printing software are corrupted or missing. The print job cannot be completed. To fix this situation, HP recommends reinstalling the print driver software"

Can anyone help me with this thing? Which print driver software?

Had same problem just now. Changed on MAC  > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > + Added same HP printer and - deleted old one not working. I was able to print! Not cool HP!!! Hope this works for some of you who were as pissed off as I was.

Same problem. Just stopped printing yesterday. Running Mohave 10.14.6. Printer is HP Officejet 7410. I powered up a very Old iMac and it works fine with the printer. Help!

I just went into System Preferences : Printers & Scanners and added a new printer,  same as the printer that was already listed: Officejet 7400 series (3F7B47) asked if I wanted to create a second copy. Instead of choosing the 7400 driver, I selected the generic PCL driver and when I printed  choosing  7400 series (3F7B47) 2 (PLC driver) it worked.

The solution is to download this package which will update drivers AND THE CERTIFICATE:
ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essentials-S-5_14_8_4.pkg 

 

Easy Admin did nothing. Easy Startup did nothing. 5.1 drivers did nothing. This worked for me!

I deleted the HP printer from System Preferences->Printers, then went to Finder and deleted the HP folder in Library->Printers.  I reinstalled the printer with a generic driver and it worked.

If you use the package I linked, you can use the HP drivers and still have all the printer functions available.
