Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
We understand you're trying to install the HP Smart app for your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419, but it's not downloading, and you can't print photos from your PC to the printer. No worries, I’ll guide you step-by-step!

Here’s What to Do:

Download HP Smart Correctly

  • Go to HP official website directly: HP Driver Downloads
  • In the search box, type: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 and press Enter.
  • Download the HP Smart App from there OR download the full software package (it includes drivers + app).

If you're using Windows, you can also directly try this link: Download HP Smart from Microsoft Store

Install HP Smart

  • After downloading, install the HP Smart app.
  • Open HP Smart ➔ Add a Printer ➔ It should find your Ink Tank 419 if it’s connected to Wi-Fi.

Important Checkpoints

  • Printer Wi-Fi light should be solid blue (meaning it’s connected to Wi-Fi).
  • PC and Printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Windows must be updated to at least Windows 10 version 1809 (for Microsoft Store apps).

Photo Printing

Once HP Smart is installed:

  • Open HP Smart ➔ Click Print Photos ➔ Choose your photo ➔ Select the correct paper size/type ➔ Print!
