Hi there!
I tried installing my new HP Envy printer 5010 and the HP Smart APP locked on the wrong model and it now frozen and I can't connect my printer. I have tried de-installing and re-installing but it keeps locking on to that original wrong model when opening.
Any ideas?
Many thanks!

@Arkana2020, Welcome to HP Support Community!
You can try to remove and add the HP smart app. Follow the steps below:
1.) Open Finder and click Applications
2.) Move HP Smart App to Trash and clear the Trash.
3.) Open Finder then click Go and Click Home.
4.) Click View then Click Show View Options. Check the box Show Library Folder.
The change is instantaneous and the Library folder will immediately become visible.
5.) Open Library and Open Application Support, move the HP Smart folder to Trash and clear the Trash.
Now, refer to the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App (Mac) to configure the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
