Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart is the single worst software application on my computers. It rarely works and more often than not disables itself after a computer reboot. When that happens, HP Smart gets pretty stupid and turns my printer into a boat anchor. Has happened way too often, on way too many computers, and on way too many HP printers. The workaround is that I must uninstall and reinstall HP Smart. I have done it so many times I could now do it in my sleep. I have contacted HP Support numerous times and they acknowledged that HP Smart is not their best work. I would give HP Smart zero stars if that were possible. This one application has ruined 30 years of great experience with HP products. If this is the new HP vision for the future, I want to look for a different line of printers. Congratulations HP.
