HP SMART SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A LOGIN TO USE. I am unable to SCAN. I don't have the time or patience to jump through loops to use the printer that I OWN. An Account should NOT be a requirement.

HOW THE HELL CAN I USE THIS OFFLINE

This is the last printer I am ever purchasing from HP

depending on the printer you have, you can check for drivers at support.hp.com that allow for direct scanning without using the smart app.
