Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open the printer and check if there are any paper jams or small pieces of paper stuck inside.
- Ensure the cartridge area is clear.
3. Check the Encoder Strip
- Open the printer and locate the encoder strip (a thin, clear strip behind the printhead).
