Hi...I have used HP Smart App for a while and eprint... over the summer I bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 for my mother and set it up for eprint and in my HP smart App.....my mothers network is different from my home one... but my app could pick up all three of my printers online even though they were in different US states and I could eprint to my mothers printer from my home network in another state,,,,recently that printer disappeared from my HP smart app (i did not delete it)...for a while the eprint email address still worked and I was able to mail and print out documents to my mom from outlook....recently the Manage printer page on my HP shows that printer but it says it is not online (it is) and the eprint no longer works for just that one. What is going on...why did HP smart drop that printer from the app and why is that eprint address not working anymore. Does a power failure mess things up?
