Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELP my old printer C4385 works great but the Solution Center which scans, makes PDFs and shows INK LEVELS is not working as of January 2021 due to ADOBE FLASH PLAYER no longer being supported.  I can't believe HP had two years knowledge of this but could not come up with some software to replace the Solution Center.  I called today which took forever, all he said was try the HP Smart APP - which does not work with older printers.    All our computers, printers etc are HP but this makes me never want to buy anything again.

No problem:

  1. Check ink or toner levels from the printer control panel 
  2. Check ink or toner levels (Windows) 
    Install: HP Print and Scan Doctor
