HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. NOTICES CANNOT BE DELETED. THE HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT ICON HAS A YELLOW CIRCLE WITH A SCAN MARK AND THERE IS NO REAL NOTICE TO ERASE. HOW CAN IT BE SOLVED?

May I know if you have made any changes to the settings?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

If the issue still persists, could you private message me a screenshot of the error?  In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I only have one product

My device is a printer Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

Exclamation mark on the HP Support Assistant icon

all the time

When I enter the HP Support Assistant Messages option, it shows "0" but there are "5", and I can't read or delete them

I have not made any changes to the settings.

I have uninstalled and installed the app several times and nothing to do

May I know on which system have you installed the HP Support Assistant application? Is it an HP system?

Also, may I know how you uninstall the application? Do you do it from the Programs and Features window? If not, please uninstall the application, restart your system and then try to install it back.

Hello again .

Thank you for trying to help me

My system is windows 10. It is not a HP computer

I use the Programs and Features windows to uninstall the application

Following there I am enclosing images abot the situation

I can't delete the messages and and messages folder shows "0" 

I don't know what I can do

Please note that HP Support Assistant application is only made to use on an HP system. We do not recommend you use it on a non-HP system. However, if you are facing any issues with the printer, we can surely look into it.
