Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to use the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.7.3, but after identifying my printer and saying it needs to download the drivers, I click the "Get Installer" button and I keep getting an error message saying my computer is not connected to the internet. I have tried this both hard wired to the internet and wireless.
