Hi All

 

I cannot sign in on my HP scan app

I want to scan and print documents, but the wheel of death keeps spinning and I cannot sign in

Hi @Imran65,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are not able to scan as HP Smart keeps spinning on the login screen.

You may try to uninstall and re-install the application and also go ahead and Update software on Mac

 

You can also download HP Easy Scan from this link which can be used without signing in to your HP Account.
