Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently upgraded from a M477FDN to a M479FDN. When we would open up HP Scan to scan a document, it would open up pretty quickly. After the transition, it now takes 1-2min to open. That is not to scan, that is just to OPEN the program. I can see the CPU usage for the program averaging 12-15% so I know it's doing SOMETHING.

When I swapped the printer I uninstalled the old software, drivers, and printer then installed the full software suite with the new printer. Any idea what could be the issue and/or how to fix it? The printer itself is on a fixed IP on a wired network.

Still having issues with this, i would appreciate it if someone from HP could chime in here. We have opted to just leaving the program open because it takes so long to open.
