HP Scanner does not connect

Hi, 

My Scanner is not connecting. It tried 2 devices HP Deskjet 2300 Series and HP Deskjet 2700 Series. And also HP Smart is not installing on my Windows 11 Laptop.

Any Suggestions on how to resolve this issue

I see that you are not able to scan, to assist you better,

• Which printer do you have the issue with?
• Are you able to print? 
• How is the printer connected to the computer?
• Do you get any errors while trying to install the HP Smart app? To know how to use the app, refer to - HP printer setup (HP Smart app)
