Hello there
I am experiencing problem when I tried to scan, printing and photo copying using HP Deskjet 1515. The photo or the subject turn into red ish colour in all area. I have tried uninstall and reinstall the product driver, not forget downloading Hp Scan and Print Doctor. It doesn't solve the problem however. There is no error message or detail describe in screen.
But there is one thing working, colour and allignment test printing work very well without any red ish all around paper. I don't think this is some hardware problem, well I hope so. I am also done changing the catrigde, doesn't help either. Please help me, thank you HP.

I understand that you get reddish lines while scanning and copying from your HP Deskjet 1515 printer.
This is an issue with the scanner mechanism of the unit and hence the printer needs to be replaced.
You need to contact the phone support US and Canada Other Countries
You have a good day ahead.
