My new printer, HP DeskJet Plus 4155 is showing up in HP Smart app in my iOS device and on my MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.41 OS HP Smart App. However, it is not showing up in my HP Smart account. Account dashboard is stating "0 owned printers". Also, the following message: "There are no printers added to your account yet." is stated under Printers tab. I am unable to set up hp instant ink or print anything because I can't finalize the set in enrolling my printer as my HP Smart Account does not think I own a printer.
Is there a solution for this?

Hi @FitzGirl1234 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering an issue with your HP Smart Account not recognizing your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 printer even though it's showing up in the HP Smart app on your iOS device and MacBook Pro. This can be frustrating, but there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
- Check Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network and that both your iOS device and MacBook Pro are connected to the same network as the printer.
- Update HP Smart App: Make sure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your iOS device and MacBook Pro. Sometimes, outdated versions of the app can cause compatibility issues.
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both your printer and your devices (iOS device and MacBook Pro). This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues and refresh the connection between the devices.
- Reinstall HP Smart App: If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart app on your iOS device and MacBook Pro. This can help to reset any settings or configurations that may be causing the problem.

I hope this helps.
