HP Smart Adds Printer

I have a M110we HP laser printer.

Seems whenever I run the HP Smart software it adds a 'HP Smart Printing' to Windows 11 Printers and Scanners, and it sets it as the default.

I have had "Let Windows manage my default printer" off for a long time so I don't believe Windows is setting it the default.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

First, I never remove the Smart Printing Queue.

Second, HP Smart continues to switch default printer HP Smart Printer.

So, when I go to print something, I get an error.

When I go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers and scanners I see no 'Printers and scanners' on the screen.

I looked at the reply and I find it very confusing.

I uninstalled HP Smart. But it kept happening.

So, I went into Services and disabled HP Print Scan Doctor and then reinstalled HP Smart.

So far so good.
