I have tried to install HP Smart Android on Chromebox. Installation ok. However, after request to sign it does not continue. There is a 1 sec flash of error message indicating something network error (?). Printing from applicarions is ok. HP smart can be opened and when choosing scanning from printer scanner, it opens log in window but after giving right user id and password it is does nothing.

I'll give more information of the problem. When I start scanning from wifi printer (HP Laserjet Pro MFP M277 dw, app request to sign in using normal HP user account. When I enter username and password, messagebox appear for 1/10'th of second and application have a rolling circle and message 'Be patient ...'. I succeeded to take video of the message bos that appear and disappear immediately. In the messagebo is text

'Use of this application request wifi connection'

'Create wifi connection by tapping CONNECT button'

'You can bypass this by tapping CANCEL button.'

Underneath are button CANCEL and CONNECT.

Then messagebos disappear immediately and rolling circle is on the sceen with text 'Be patient...'

The problem is that this messagebox appear only 1/10'th of second and there is no opportunity to tap CONNECT button.

I have installed the same app on my Android phone without any problems. What is this bug and how and who will correct it?
